Aircraft Clean Water Truck

➢ The water tank adopts electric heating, and the box body is insulated.

➢ The front, rear, left, and right side panels of the tank body adopt a large curved structure, forming a curved inner cavity, which makes the entire tank body less prone to foreign objects and easier to clean.

➢ The bottom of the box is designed and installed with an inclined drainage channel, which has a leading drainage effect.

➢ There are two stainless steel anti vibration plates inside the clean water tank to prevent shaking during vehicle operation after adding water to the tank. The water tank is fixed to the car beam using 6 floating supports, reducing the vibration of the box during driving.

➢ At the top of the clean water tank, there are two water inlet ports with a diameter of 100mm and equipped with a filter screen. The corresponding cover plate has good sealing measures and a simple locking device.

➢ The upper part of the clean water tank is equipped with a ventilation port with a filter to prevent vacuum phenomenon in the tank when the water pump absorbs water.

➢ The upper part of the clean water tank is equipped with an inspection hole for easy cleaning, disinfection, and inspection by maintenance personnel. The corresponding cover plate has good sealing measures and a simple locking device to prevent rainwater and dust from entering the water tank.

➢ A connecting rod floating ball level gauge is installed inside the clear water tank to facilitate anti freezing.

➢ The bottom of the clean water tank is made into a circular arc shape and equipped with a sedimentation tank. The bottom is equipped with a stainless steel drainage ball valve, which facilitates the deposition and discharge of impurities in the water.

➢ The interior of the water tank has undergone welding spot removal and passivation treatment, which will not cause rust after long-term use. The exterior of the water tank is sprayed with automotive specific paint as a whole.

➢ Water pump

The water pump is installed at the front end of the box, directly connected to the outlet of the water tank. The water pump adopts a stainless steel centrifugal pump, driven by an oil motor; Install heating and insulation measures on the water pump.

All water pumps are made of stainless steel and have mechanical seals. A drain plug is installed at the lowest point of the water pump.

➢ Pipeline

Composed of stainless steel valves, stainless steel pipes, water hoses, and fittings; A stainless steel safety pressure regulating valve is installed in the pipeline system to ensure that the aircraft water tank is not damaged. In addition, a pressure gauge is installed in the clean water pipeline, which is installed in the cab for easy observation by operators during work. The water hose is a food grade rubber cloth clip tube with an inner diameter of 25mm and a length according to user requirements.

➢ Water filling joint

Equipped with a water filling joint that complies with ISO450, the water filling hose is placed in the storage box at the rear of the vehicle, which is convenient to use, safe and reliable.
